This tool uses the revised format. CBSE revised Appendix IX in Circular 1/2026, dated 12 January 2026— Section D gained a second column, and the teacher rows now expect a link to a published list rather than a headcount alone. The fields below follow that version. The disclosure must sit behind a clearly labelled link on your home page, and the obligation is continuous rather than annual. Check the current circular on saras.cbse.gov.in before you publish.
A

General information

The basics CBSE expects at the top of the table.

B

Paste the public link to each uploaded document. Leave blank if it is not uploaded yet — it will show as a gap.

C

Public links again — these are the ones parents actually open.

D

Staff (teaching)

Two columns per row: how many, and who. The PGT/TGT/PRT rows want a link to your published teacher list.

Questions schools ask

What is the CBSE Mandatory Public Disclosure?
It is a set of information and documents that CBSE affiliated schools must publish openly on their own website — school details, statutory certificates, fee structure, staff strength, infrastructure and the last three years of board results. It has to sit behind a clearly labelled link on the school home page so a parent can find it without asking.
What is Appendix IX?
Appendix IX is the prescribed layout for that disclosure: the sections, the row order and the wording of each row. Publishing the same facts in your own format is not the same thing — CBSE asks for the prescribed structure.
When does it have to be updated?
The obligation is continuous rather than annual. CBSE last set a dated deadline of 15 February 2026, in Circular 1/2026 of 12 January 2026, which also revised the format — so a school that has not updated since is out of step rather than working toward a future date. A separate obligation under clause 14.5 requires the school's annual report on the website before 15 September each year. Confirm both against the current circular before you rely on them.
Does this tool send my school's data anywhere?
No. Everything you type stays in your own browser's local storage so you can come back and finish later. There is no account, no email wall, and nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clear my data removes it completely.
Does it check whether my website is compliant?
No, and deliberately so. It never fetches or crawls your website. The red rows in the preview only mean you left that field blank in this form. It is a formatting aid, not an inspection, and it is not legal or compliance advice.

Doing this once a year from a spreadsheet is the problem

Staff counts, section ratios, fee structure and three years of results already live in your records. In ClassRoots they are one screen — so next February this table is a regeneration, not a fortnight of chasing files.
