The filings, explained properly
CBSE compliance is mostly a small number of portals with badly documented deadlines. These are plain explanations of each one, written for the person in the school who actually has to sit down and do it — and kept honest about what the circulars do and don’t say.
CBSE OASIS: there is no annual deadline
CBSE has no "What is OASIS" page, and the key circulars are scanned images invisible to search. This names the current one, kills the February myth using the 2022 circular's own words, and gives the portal address that actually works.

The only page that reproduces the revised field list verbatim with the Circular 1/2026 link. Includes the correction schools most need: a teacher list behind a link, not staff certificates published to the open web.

A filing reference, not a news item. Every date and figure carries its circular number, and it names the extension-first rule and the four 15-day clocks that no other page covers.
